Whereas, the Cornell Greek Community is a 501(c)(7) non-profit account, shared by the Interfraternity Council (IFC), the Panhellenic Council (PHC), and the Multicultural Greek Fraternal Council (MGFC),
Whereas, the Cornell Greek Community account totaled approximately $695,000 in 2024, according to publicly available information,
Whereas, the last tax filing for the Cornell Greek Community was from fiscal year ending in June 2024,

Whereas, the Multicultural Greek Fraternal Council (MGFC) is a byline organization of the Student Governance Assembly,
Whereas, MGFC’s internal financial tracking did not account for events which MGFC had supported financially which were open to the Cornell community,
Whereas, MGFC’s proposed SAF allocation in Resolution 65 is likely not sufficient to support MGFC umbrella organizations throughout the next Student Activity Fee cycle,
