Officers and voting representatives of the Graduate and Professional Student Assembly are elected in the spring semester. Each professional school is responsible for selecting its own voting member. Each graduate field and professional school is responsible for electing or appointing its own field representative(s), who serve on the assembly as non-voting members. The graduate and professional Student-Elected Trustee is elected in the fall of even years for a two-year term.

Graduate and professional students interested in running in the Spring 2025 GPSA Election must submit a registration form 

• Registration period: March 17-March 28, 2025
• Petitioning period: March 31-April 11, 2025
• Voting period: April 21-April 25, 2025
• Earliest results will be announced: April 28, 2025.
