I am conveying EA R1: Protect Staff Jobs and Compensation to you for consideration.
EA R1 and the attached addendum constitute a statement of support for the continued employment of Cornell staff with no salary cuts or retirement cuts as proposed, and is a formal request to the administration to incorporate reasonable alternatives to such actions.
I would like to thank Brian Goodell, Jamie Duong, Robert Miegal, and the EA Benefits and Policy Committee for their work on this critical issue.
