I am pleased to convey EA R9: Enabling EA Election Seats & Terms
This resolution aims to amend the structure cycles 12 of the 36 total electable seats for election each year for 3-year terms, creating an equal tripartite staggering by the 2023 election cycle.
I want to thank Nasser Siadat, Jamie Duong and the rest of the Elections Committee for working on this.
