| Text Attachment | Dear Jim, <br /> <br />I acknowledge and thank you for sharing the UA Resolution # 4 recommending appointment of a "Faculty Adviser to the Office of the Judicial Codes Counselor.” Enlisting a faculty adviser to provide guidance to the Judicial Codes Counselors, who are typically law students, is a matter my office has been actively considering. Hence, I am pleased to receive the UA’s endorsement in this regard. I accept the resolution and I agree that the faculty advisor should not function as a supervisor of the Judicial Codes Counselors.<br /> <br />Best regards,<br /><br />David |
